This is a great and creative idea to keep track of your yearly progress.

You could use this progress tracker for many topics to update such as:

  • Emotions
  • Fitness:
    • What time of exercise you did, arms day, legs day etc.
  • Work:
    • Keep track of your work and meetings
  • Diet:
    • Did you eat your 5-a-day
    • Drink more water
    • Cheat day (takeaway) etc.

There is probably plenty more ideas!

We decided to go with the emotion progress to show how we feel day-to-day. This is a good way to show how you really are feeling and could even write notes on the next page to get your feelings out, rather than bottling them up.

  1. Very Happy
  2. Happy
  3. OK
  4. Sad
  5. Terrible
  6. Stressed/Angry

You can chose as many or as little emotions to choose from as you would like, use any colour for them as you would like and go crazy!

Just remember the more you chose it can be harder to pick from as you change emotions through the day. We stuck to the basics and chose an overall satisfaction for the day.
